I thought FReepers were educated. You people obviously do not understand how our legal system is tilted totally in favor of unions. It ties the hands of capitalists and, in some cases, even silencing them. If you fire someone who is trying to form a union, it is default judgement against you. Union installed. No vote. No questions asked. Please THINK before posting.

Excellent points.

We should fire this man, the one who is attempting to form a union. Then, the supervisor should go over to his house and bang his daughter.

Depends on the state moron.

It DOES depend on the state moron.

I am Georgia's State Moron, and I say it's okay to fire him.

After all, it depends on me -- the State Moron.
