Michelle Obama: “The Media Real Cares About Children.” Really? Ask Sarah Palin’s Children
Politicons- Politically Conservative ^ | June 24 | Henry D'Andrea

Yes Michelle, we know the media loves your family, but they certainly don’t care about Sarah Palin’s children.

CNN reporter: “How’s the family ready for this [the election]? It’s going to be quite vicious, isn’t it? How do you prepare for that?”

First Lady Michelle Obama: “You know, it’s … we’re ready, you know. Our children, you know, could care less about what we’re doing. We work hard to do that. Fortunately we have help from the media. I have to say this: I’m very grateful for the support and kindness that we’ve gotten. People have respected their privacy and in that way, I think, you know, no matter what people may feel about my husband’s policies or what have you, they care about children and that’s been good to see.”

Really? The media absolutely hates Sarah Palin and they attack her children more viciously than anyone (Besides Sarah).

For example: Katie Couric attacked her children (link), Wonkette made fun of her down syndrome child Trig (link) , or even when they attacked her 10 year old daughter Piper (link). To say that the media loves children is a compete understatement. You should have said, the media loves my children.

The media and their silly fixation with the hydra and it's heads.

“Our children, you know, could care less about what we’re doing”

It’s COULDN’T CARE LESS.

Petty pet peeve of mine.

However, one would expect a Princeton grad would know the correct expression and how to use it.

You know...Aside from the obvious double standard of the media...you know...that michelle's statement reflects...you know...is michelle's unbearable ability to speak...you know...like the street urchins...you know. And,you know...what is that word "gotten?" You know, as in Michelle saying ...the support and kindness that we’ve gotten."

You know??????????????? Ugh...so very classy .../sarc.

She was accidentally correct. My children could care less, a lot less because they are very worried about the $540,000 our household owes for future handouts.

The was a time when you could reasonably expect more of a Princeton grad. But over the years privilege, affirmative action, and the dumbing down of the curriculum have eroded the cache of an Ivy League education.

I can understand them leaving the kids be, what I cannot understand is why the media has never asked her how she can pay lip service to eating healthy while she carries around 30 pounds of extra @ss.

Why do liberals find former Governor Sarah Palin so threatening? They have never let up on the poor woman or her family since she ran for vice president.

Recently, they have been trying to figure out her supposed ulterior motives for setting off on a simple vacation. Then they scrutinized emails from her stint as governor.

And what have they found out? That she was a hard-working governor and dedicated family woman.

If I were a liberal, I would probably find the possibility of a conservative presidential candidate with those qualities quite frightening also. Rush Limbaugh was right when he said that liberals are showing us who they were most afraid of. They are ignoring the declared candidates.

If she does decide to run, I know whom I’m voting for.

Little commie kids maybe. Conservative kids, the ones that can read and reason, not so much. But then the feeling probably mutual on the part of the conservative kids toward the media.

That's "cachet". It's the Ivy Leach education itself that erodes the cache, as well as the cash.
