Well since none of us know what we are talking about and we are only speculating, I might as well put out there that I feel Herman Cain should be running her campaign. Of course, this would necessitate Cain dropping his own bid for the presidency, but being that he is mired around 2% right now, this might be a better career move for him.

Why Herman Cain? Well for one thing, it would allow a Palin campaign to go after Obama more aggressively without fear of her campaign being branded as "racist" - after all, a black man would be running it so how could those charges be taken very seriously? Also, I think Cain's broad experience in business, banking and media makes him uniquely suited to run a national campaign for Sarah.

I had thought of a similar role for Allen West but he just became a congressmen in January and since his political future is so bright, he ought to continue serving the people of Florida in his current role for now.
