Actually, I am convinced that she was in the habit of chloroforming her daughter of an evening, in order to go out and party.
Cheaper than a babysitter.
Then one day, she over did it - and the child died.
The duct tape is wierd - she chloroformed her daughter then taped her mouth, put a heart sticker on the tape, and stuck her in the trunk?
I don’t believe it.
And I think the entire family is lieing.
BUT - my point is, nothing is proven. I have doubts.
Therefore, case dismissed.
If those are the facts, then the case won’t be dismissed, she will be found guilty on the lesser charges.
Patton the people here are stuck on the media template. How lond do you think it will take for reversal on appeal for judicial misconduct?
Yes, we know you have doubts, lol. But that doesn’t mean the case is going to be dismissed. I believe she’s guilty as hell but that doesn’t mean she’s going to be convicted. Let’s use a little logic here.
She murdered her child, you admit it and then you proceed to conclude reasonable doubt? Talk about a stretch of the imagination. She is guilty, it remains to be seen which charge they convict her on and her punishment.
Hi Everybody. I just got back and am trying to catch up on the thread. Regarding the above earlier post, try this addy (I can't link) to read more on this angle. (An inmate claims Casey told her she would chloroform the child to get her to sleep.)
