Well, gone as in, he hasn't posted here since late April of this year. His account is still there.

I read the post you linked to, and it bummed me out. I really hate to see him go. Josh is one of the good guys, and was the person who led me to Free Republic many years ago.

I really hate to see Josh leave. He was one of the good guys, and contributed much value to this site. His output on the site decreased a lot in recent times, but I was always glad to see his occasional posts.

I consider him to be a friend, even though we’ve lost personal contact over the years. I got to know him in the early 2000s when we were members of a biker forum that leaned hard right. I followed him to the RightNation forum, and later to FR.

The hate mongers are out at the Internet Movie Data base and more likely than not have been stuffing the ballot box with bad reviews. I bet only a handful of those who give it a single star even saw the movie.
