KENOVA -- Two men are charged with the rape of a Wayne County girl.
Arana Neftali, 38, and Henry Isaac Rucuch Beletzuy, 26, were both charged with second degree sexual assault, according to a complaint filed with Wayne County Magistrate Court.
The report states an officer was on patrol at 3 a.m. July 30 in the 400 block of 9th St. The officer said he heard screaming and found several people in the parking lot to the Hollywood Motel claiming their family member had been raped.
The victim was taken to the hospital then later identified the two men that raped her and two other men that forced her to stay in the room.
Rudy Marroquin, 42, and Victor Marroquin, 40, are both charged with accessory before the fact.
The four men were taken to the Western Regional Jail.

No mention of the age of the girl. Probably too shocking and of course they wouldn’t want to print the shocking truth when it involves Holder’s Peoples.
The perps have to be white, the victim not white.

Something you said made me come back and look at the names again. They don’t appear to be hyspanic. The two accessories name could be spanish. I’m thinking Gypsy for some reason. We do get those here.
