Does anyone know how to make online videos? Can anyone provide some good instructions? I have a very good idea about an Obama-related video. (Contact me by FReepmail.)
Wish I could help. Good luck and best wishes.
You should run a search on YouTube.
Doesn’t the process go like this?
1) Shoot the video using a video recorder that accomodates external Microphone, so the recording doesn’t sound like crap.
2) Download a video edit program from the internet and set your stop and start times for various clips and combine them. Also, add disolves and text if wanted.
3)Save as .FLV file for YouTube (because its the smallest file size. There is a limit on YouTube... 100MB?).
4) Create a website that links to the YouTube file (read HTML books on how to do this... simple).
Check your PC to see if you already have Windows Movie Maker. If you don’t, you can DL it.

Remember, you want a version with Timeline!! If your PC is Windows 7, you will have to DL WMM 2.6 to get the Timeline.
To summarize, if you are new to editing movies you need to get Windows Movie Maker 2.6
I have Windows XP.
Thanks. Nothing to shoot. I want to use public photos and video, lay a music bed, and put some graphics on it.
