They have every right to refuse to sell, but they also have to take responsibility for the repercussions for treating a customer like this.

I don't see why it should be any business of the store owner what she wants to use the wedding dress for. Strange this happened in New Jersey of all places.

This probably wasn’t too wise of the store to do this. If they played their cards right, they could have sold a dress or a pantsuit to her partner as well. 8-)

Yea I agree sounds like something else is going on especially in NJ they should sell a wedding dress to a man if he wants one.
