Darrell McHargue Charged In Connection With Boy's Rape

SHEPHERDSVILLE, Ky. -- A 48-year-old Shepherdsville man is accused of raping a 12-year-old boy in the woods a few miles from his home.

The rape took place Saturday night, police said.

The suspect was arrested and charged with first-degree rape just hours later, but he has since posted bond and been released to house arrest, leaving the young victim's mother outraged.

"My son calls my husband, his dad answers the phone and he says, 'Dad, I've been raped, get down here,'" said the victim's mother, who asked that WLKY not reveal her identity.

Police said a wooded area off Tuts Road in Shepherdsville is where 48-year-old Darrell McHargue raped a 12-year-old boy Saturday night.

They said the victim was walking with a few friends when a white car that had been circling the neighborhood stopped near them.

“Honestly, I’m ready to kill the man,” said the victim’s mother. “That’s the honest truth.”

I volunteer for her jury.

They said the victim was walking with a few friends when a white car that had been circling the neighborhood stopped near them. "So he told the two girls and his best friend, 'Run,'" she said. "By the time he had a chance to take off running, the man came up behind him and grabbed ahold of him around the mouth and he said he grabbed ahold of his arm and dragged him into the woods..."

There is something strange about this story. "By the time he had a chance to take off running..."? I have a feeling the boy knew who this guy was, and had been approached by him before.

Nah, let her vent and express outrage... Now, some day when she has a rock-solid alibi, one of the family’s good friends will take care of business. The police will dutifully look at her with her statements and motive, and come up dry.

When the government no longer protects the people from violent criminals, or worse, takes the side of violent criminals against the public, vigilantism results.

Despite the defamation of vigilantism, it seldom begins with violence, instead appearing as a plea from the honest citizenry that the government enforce the law. Yet in many cases, by the time that point has been reached, government is so ineffectual or corrupt that the people have no choice but to arrange for their own self defense.

And government invariably sees vigilantism as a far greater threat to its power than criminality, so attempts to suppress its development, threaten its leaders, and demand submission from those who stand up for themselves.

Finally, criminal acts take place that the people can no longer tolerate, but even then, they want to drive the criminals out. Yet if they meet resistance, then and only then do they turn violent.

Acute violence usually happens spontaneously, and is based on a vicious criminal act against an innocent, the severity of which is ignored by the government. But this results in individual acts of vigilantism, almost never mob actions.

I’ve read that male sexuality has a lot to do with “imprinting”, and the very first sexual experiences have a great influence on future sexual fantasies, etc.

If this is true, it says a great deal about why abstinence until marriage is so important for a healthy, functioning society.

Cheers!

There is, and always has been, data to back this up. Now it is being suppressed. Go read Dr. Judith Reismann’s work and it will lead you into the literature.

The deliberately contrived “urban myth” is that the sodomite lifestyle is genetically determined. There is no real evidence for this. In fact, the majority of sodomites and their enablers rejected this position until they lost the Hardwick case before the SCOTUS. They they then decided to try to “piggyback” on the civil rights cases by claiming being a sodomite is genetic and by starting a PR campaign to push that idea and to mainstream their “lifestyle” (the strategy is explicitly set forth in After the Ball: The Queering of America by Kirk and Madsen). They achieved their goal in the Lawrence case.

My memeory fails me somewhat here, but many years ago when AIDS was all the talk didn’t a senate commission headed by Arlen Specter come to pretty much the same conclusion? That of the adult male homosexual population an overwhelming majority had been sexually molested as children by older men.

All gay men were molested by an older male sometime during their childhood.

I've never seen that in any study and I don't believe it.

It is largely true, but whether it is universal or even in the majority of cases is unknowable. Scientific investigation of the matter is suppressed.

Nevertheless, it is largely true for another reason that is suppressed. Our social order has almost completely encouraged a total disregard for the concept of "premature sexual awakening."

A child, in a trust relationship with an adult, becomes sexually active, and from that point forward is faced with the difficult task of separating sexuality with love.

It also explains most Meatloaf songs. ;^)

“This is the very reason young boys become homosexual. All gay men were molested by an older male sometime during their childhood.”

There is a lot of truth to this. A lot of women who become gay were molested in the past. A large proportion of gays become that way through environmental influence rather than the widely reported genetic predisposition.

“A child, in a trust relationship with an adult, becomes sexually active, and from that point forward is faced with the difficult task of separating sexuality with love.”

One lil’ problem with the above theory is that many adults with NO history of early sex with any class/gender/age “partner” develop behavior indicating an inability to differentiate love from lust.

Just sayin’.

I hope you're not implying that Meatloaf isn't straight! He is. In a quiet conversation with me one very cool time when I got to meet and spend some time with him, he also said he was disappointed that his kids were voting for Democrats because all Democrats want to do is tax, tax, tax.

An interesting thing about the guy ... his background is in classical theater, not rock.

I can assure you if I was on the jury and she filmed herself torturing the slimebag to death, I’m STILL not voting guilty.
