I just thought it was strange as this is probably the last reason I could think of for not wanting a dog in a bar. I don’t think it is very likely to happen unless you initiate the contact then it isn’t the dog’s fault it is yours.
Kinda like not shopping at Walmart because Walmart is more likely to be hit by a meteorite than K-Mart.
