Any candidate that thinks they can swoop in unvetted by the GOP base and get the nod is sorely mistaken.
She gets tons of attention via Facebook and Twitter and wherever she goes. She has been and is being vetted, and is NOT found wanting.
Palin gets bigger crowds than the candidates.

There are three registered Republicans in my household, and tons in my family/circle of friends. None use twitter, few use Facebook, and those who DO use Facebook do not follow politicians on it.
So she does well with her fans. You call that “vetting”?
