Doctors in southern Sweden used hundreds of leeches to help save a woman's face after a massive chunk had been bitten off by her own dog.
The woman was rushed to hospital in August after her mixed-race dog unexpectedly attacked her, biting off a piece of her face from her upper lip all the way up to her eye.
Alert relatives made sure to recover the loose chunk of flesh bitten off by the dog and keep it chilled

The article said ‘mixed-race” dog...curious. But I wonder what breed(s) of dog it was.
