It’s bound to come out sooner or later that just before the photo was taken Obama talked on the phone with George W. Bush, and Bush told him to be sure and wave when the photo was taken...it was protocol.

You know they HAD to take several photos of this and did what they could to post the BEST one.
As others are laughing at him, it couldn’t have been the FIRST photo, so the fool would have stood like that for more than a moment.
Do we know yet who he obscured?

Why does Barry look photoshopped in in every photo? Because he's not a real person. The man is the manufactured product of absentee parents, raised by emotionally detached proxies; and he is now so defensively and inwardly-focused that he can no longer relate to people other than as a caricature of what he imagines himself to be.
