Thank you. I'm not quite sure how the perception came about that *I* have these ants in my life....I just posted the story b/c it seemed so freaky. In true manner, FReepers come forward with their solutions and remedies and advice. Thank you, SJ, fortunately, I don't have these critters, but your remedy is mentioned on this advice site too. I remember my mom successfully used to use bay leaves and cucumber peels for sugar ants in the summertime.
