Their online banking has been like a yoyo for 4 days now. It might be up at the moment, but unless they’ve discovered and fixed the root cause, I wouldn’t count on it staying up.

Um, in response to your post, I went to their website, logged on to my account, and everything is fine.

I just logged to make sure the payment I scheduled for 9/30 was processed, and there was no record of it. There was, however a late payment fee posted.

I called and they took off the late fee and assured me that my interest rate would not go up and that the payment I scheduled was likely lost because of the website problems they had this weekend.

Check your accounts, folks.
