I wanted to add a thought... hypothetically, if a child/baby is abducted (and the parents had NO involvement whatsoever) the stress/pressure of wanting to help find the child must be overwhelming. Even knowing that the police will automatically look at the people close to the child (i.e. the parents), the parents will still feel compelled to answer questions in hopes that they can save their child’s life. I think a child abduction case must be the trickiest time for the parents emotionally and legally.
I honestly do not even know how I would handle such a thing. For starters, I’d most definitely go vigilante. No question. I’d consider the cops the competition.
