I thought the Munster Koach was pretty cool too. I ran across an article a few years back that discussed the cobbling together of that particular car and how hard it actually was for the actors to drive it around (as well as how underpowered it was). Though many of them were in reality "no better than they had to be," Barris produced some iconic machines.
"American Graffiti" actually had a number of cars that I was enamored with, possibly because they looked like what was "cool" when I was just starting to "get" the whole car thing.

The Bricklin is the only production vehicle in automotive history to have powered gull-wing doors, that opened and closed at the touch of a button, as standard equipment. (The later DeLorean DMC-12’s gull-wing doors must be operated manually.)

“The Car” freaked me out then and now. Is it me or were there dozens of cheapo 70s films filmed out in the desert?
The final scene of “The Car” was a bit cheesy with the over-the-top reactions spliced in but the animation in the flames was clever and fairly convincing.

The “actor” in the Movie driving the Charger was actually Bill Hickman, a famous Stunt Driver. He also had bit parts in other movies including The French Connection.
McQueen wanted to do all the driving in the Mustang, but the Director didn’t want to take a chance of the Star of his movie getting injured.
The Charger was “detuned” so it wouldn’t run away from the Mustang.
They missed the Rebel W/O A Cause ‘49 Merc and, of course, Christine the ‘58 Plymouth Fury.
I liked that bubble car, it may have been the Rat Fink.
Roth made cool stuff, including the Bat Mobile I believe, which has not shown up.
So far no Monkey Mobile GTO....
