I agree. He appears a little more “loosened” up than usual but perhaps he was trying to appear loosened up. My point is that whether he had a cocktail or two is none of my business.
I’m sure he had a drink or two but drunk? No, I don’t think so. I think they were all just having a good time. Do you have a problem with people laughing and having a good time?
That video is funny and he is obviously trying to be a comedian in that speech/presentation.

presidential candidates get weird when their debate performances consistently stink. they get overcoached by too many people, and things like this happen.
al gore turned orange. bush41 said his stage directions out loud. in their best effort to stop sucking, they not only suck worse, but they get really, really strange, too.
If so, he may (a la Rush) lose his hearing one of these days. Seriously!
(But in any event, I think we can all agree that a deaf POTUS would be infinitely better than our current dumb POTUS.)

I have a few concerns about Gov. Perry, but this title, etc. seem more like something you’d see from the drive-by media.
