You're a real piece of work. First you rave on about eating animals and when you lose that argument all of sudden you eat them yourself. Then you switch to cruelty which was never part of the discussion which is another sign of you complete inability to defend a position and then you declare your self the winner and give yourself an apology. That's kind of how the French win wars!!!

I’ve never raved on about eating animals. I pointed out repeatedly that animals were not originally put on this planet for us to eat, that that came later out of necessity. I am not a vegetarian, I eat meat, yes.
Neither were animals put on this earth for clothing or “raiment.” A cursory scan of the Genesis account would permit even the modestly sentient to understand why, which was because Adam and Eve had not yet eaten of the forbidden fruit, of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. They did not know nor were they ashamed of their nakedness and so they had no need of clothing, whether that was fig leaves or animal skins. That, again, came later.
I’ve posted the scripture showing what was originally given for food, for both man and beast. Go back and read it. Neither included meat. I’ve also posted scripture showing where God gave Noah and his sons permission to eat animals after the flood.
Referencing cruelty to animals was an effort to get back to the subject of the thread and to point out that this is why I initially replied as I did, that animals were not put on this earth for food or clothing, that this came later due to the depredations of mankind.
It was an obviously futile effort, given this inane response of yours. President of your high school debate club you clearly were not.
