It seems as if he could go on offense and release his own cell phone and text records. He would have those readily available and could put this whole thing to rest.

Then, it would be up to her to prove something more happened!

But releasing HER records will show who ELSE she has been talking to, including anyone who may be paying her for her story. Depending on whether they can access all of her records, or only the ones related to Cain.

I see no reason why Cain should release his personal records. Those records would have numbers and contacts on them that are privy information to his campaign. If he were to release records with redaction of any kind the press would have a field day questioning each and every redacted item.

No, it doesn't ~ remember, the burden of proof is on the accuser. Assume for a moment Cain is totally innocent of any sin in this. He wouldn't have records pointing toward sin, right?

She claims all the records reflect lots of sin time with her.

We all need to see those records and she should make them public or David Axelrod should retire to a monestary in Russia or someplace.
