What question would you like to ask the Republican presidential candidates about income inequality?

Man A starts off with $1,000. Man B starts off with $100. The “gap” is $900. Man A doubles his money to $2,000. Man B increases his money TEN FOLD to $1,000. Everyone is happy except the dumbasses focused on the “gap”, because the gap has GROWN from $900 to $1,000 in this situation.

Man A starts off with $1,000. Man B starts off with $100. The “gap” is $900. Man A loses 90% of his money and ends up with $100. Man B loses 20% and ends up with $80. Everyone is upset except for the dumbasses focused on the “gap”, because the gap has DECREASED from $900 to only $20. Glory Hallelujah!!!!!!

Stupid assholes!

The only answer:

“That phrase is a communist subversive argument... if I am elected... you will be stripped of citizenship and deported if you try to get government to seize property from one with the sole purpose of enriching someone else.”

do you feel like the answer to the country's unemployment problem for most of America is "take a shower and get a job"?

It absolutely is. My son graduated college (the first class after the collapse - class of '09). There were no jobs in his field of business. He took a B.S. job totally out of his field at a new start-up company for the summer and he impressed the owners with his ideas and made a real job out of it. Two years later he's managing the production department. The firm is growing and makes their product here in the USA. We all had an entry level job. I have no sympathy for these dirt bag hippies who want everything handed to them on a silver platter.

It also could be restated:

Just because someone may choose to be uneducated, choose to make the wrong educational choices, choose to follow those who lead them into socialism, choose to always blame others for their condition, and/or spends their money foolishly, why should they end up not having the same things as those who make good choices, work hard and invests wisely. Why shouldn't they even have more than someone else? After all they are part of the socialist intelligentsia who want to rule us all.

It is all based on coveting what others have, spending foolishly, and then wanting more.

Is it true that a couple hundred million people have been slaughtered while trying to implement communism a.k.a. wealth re-distribution?

My questions to candidates are as follows: As a Presidential candidate, when are you going to confront President Obama directly about his Marxist and Socialist leanings? Mr. Obama has given many examples of his philosophy and has stated that America, as founded, has failed. Secondly, ask Mr. Obama why he has failed to uphold the Constitution of the United States as specified in the oath of office. There are so many examples to cite, and any candidate worth his or her salt will be rattle these examples like a laundry list. Facts, ladies and gentlemen, yes facts are required to show this country what Obama is and what he stands for. I am a conservative and tend to vote Republican, but I am truly disgusted with the Republican party’s inability to show courage and strength, while pussy footing around issues. It’s time to take a hard and sustainable stand and not fold!!!

that’s right. it’s not your fault. my point was that throughout history, there have been those who have more than others. it’s called life. if there were no haves, what would have nots aspire to?

Absolutely pure and utter nonsense! You need an ID for so many things, and unless you are working or receiving benefits via the barter system, you cannot function in this country. Any person who goes to a bar, may be required to show ID, buy cigarettes, show ID, cash a check, show ID, use a credit card, show ID., etc. Get food stamps or welfare, show ID. This is the same liberal “plantation” dependence mentality that keeps folks like Lee and McKinney in the public eye.

How about grade equality? -
The 4.0 students give up some grade points to those who have poor grades so they are all equal? Will that be fair?

Students work hard to get good grades. People work hard to get good incomes.

Nothing is ever ‘equal’!

Man and women are not ‘equal’.
We are all taller or shorter, thinner or fatter, prettier or not as pretty.....

should we make the taller people shorter so all of us are of same height?

I’m always astounded by the staggering stupidity of the younger people in our family. Everything is about “fairness”. This and that “isn’t fair”. I always say, “Find whoever taught you that things should be ‘fair’ and slap them in the face. They’ve done you a great disservice.”

My question:

"Do you agree that as long as there is an inequality of talent and work ethic, there will be inequality of income?" What can be done to raise the level of talent and work ethic of the entitlement crowd in our country?
