I got a referral yesterday to an ENT doc....just called and I cannot get in until Feb 2nd. OMG...the pain is intense. I refused pain meds yesterday. What was I thinking? CT scan is tomorrow. I can get a scan, but won’t get the results till Feb.
can you go to Urgent Care for meds? and did you ask to be called if there was a last minute cancellation at the ENT?
Say what? Are they sending the scans on a slow boat to India to be read?
I have meds. I can call daily looking for a canceled appointment and try to move up. She offered me an appointment with the nurse practitioner, but the solution is surgery...it might or might not help to see her. I will call daily (per their advice) to ask about cancellations, perhaps they will get sick of me and give me an appointment. I don’t want some lackey kid doing my surgery. I had sinus surgery before and he has since retired. This is the top guy at that hospital now.
My family doctor can talk to me about them, but the expert ENT guy will not see me till Feb 2nd.

Can anyone answer me this: Bawney Fwank will not run again in ‘12. How much of his re-election war chest is turned over to DNC and Mass. Dem Party, and how much does he take home?
And also, are the monies he takes home taxable? How peculate a Congressman is he?
All that you need to know is that politicians write the rules.
As I understand it he can keep his war chest as long as it is used for legitimate political expenses. And who would question if you paid yourself a modest stipend as an employee of your own war chest? And your wife, kids, brother-in-law, etc.

Wow, they get a long break! Our son has two exams to go today and then he’s done with his first semester of college but they start back earlier than the public schools.
if he runs out of gas on 81 near Binghamton, give me a call! LOL He needs to be careful on the split near Kamikaze Curve, too.
I remember that, after John Effin Kerry failed in his bid, he wanted to keep every penny in the warchest. The DNC re-wrote the rules to get the lion’s share back (several hundred million), requiring that when a Politicn retired, they could NOT walk away with all that cash, that they had to hand over some % to National, some % to State. The rest they keep. I just want to know that, if I get the opportunity, I can shout out to Barney why he isn’t paying his fair share. ;-D
