the US Supreme Court has previously ruled that such a limitation was a violation of the 1st Amendment. (Colorado case).

Essentially all Perri Caliente is asking the courts to do is enforce their previous order but in his case. That's a very simple argument to make (which is undoubtedly why he chose to make that one), and it's a really good court to cite ~ since it's the Supreme Court.

So, now, "The Cooch" will need to respond to that on behalf of the Commonwealth ...... and he literally has it in his power to RUIN Romney.
