The study also revealed one quarter of owners regularly argue about where the dog should be allowed to go in the house Dogs should never be allowed to "go" in the house...

I was thinking the same thing....

I know that’s not what they meant, but lol...

On the Rast test I scored 3 with cats and 4 with dogs.

I’d say that this person is angling for dog owners to seek “professional advice.”
We have three dogs, and we have plenty of arguments. But the dogs have never been significant provokers of arguments, as far as I can recall. I think I’ll skip the professional advice.

Of course, but it has been a long, slow day...

Perhaps with all the Muslims who dislike dogs in the UK , they will next outlaw dogs next in Britain, just to be culturally sensitive to their invaders.

I don't have a dog, or a live-in family, so there are very few disputes here (mostly arguments about catz stealing foot-space on the bed at 2 am)
But given the choice. I'd take a dog over a live-in family.

I have never seen people argue over a dog. For me dogs are great and can also turn my mood around.

Hmmm. This was arguing about the dog. That doesn’t happen, although I will argue with the dog. Scary how often he wins.
