Tebow leaves feeling good

FOXBORO — Not that’s there any way to quantify this, but the betting here is that the same people who were crowing last week about how there’s no such thing as divine intervention in pro sports were pointing at the flat screen last night and saying, “Hey, Tebow, where’s your divine intervention now?”

But before continuing, let’s be clear:

When The Cheatriots made several defensive changes to start the second quarter of the first game, that let me know about the cohesiveness of the team that Belichick coaches.

Denver was running wild, and new defensive schemes brought it to a halt.

It seemed as though NE knew what plays were coming, but I don't want to give McDaniels that much credit.

Disclosure: Life long Patriots fan.

I admire Tim Tebow. He's not the first QB to come into Gillette Stadium and lose in the playoffs.

This parody on David Bowie's "Space Oddity" is pretty funny.

These fools don’t understand divine intervention do they? It’s not about their incredibly small selfish attitudes.

Plain and simple, Denver’s defence sucked. Tim had to try and play comeback the whole game. Not easy. God Bless him for his good work and trying. The hate in the articles comment sections I have read this morning have made my heart for our country. So many people hate god and Jesus. What I can’t figure out is why? Because goodness make’s them feel guilty for their own perversions and evil deeds. So they have to vilify and belittle good people when they do good things. For god sakes, Tebows building a hospital in the phillipines and has a child with a disorder or disease come to every game as his guest.. Wow really bad role model for people. God Bless Tim Tebow and Look forward to next season. He will be even better, after a full off season and full training camp and preseason.

I was not suprised at all by the Broncos lost, it was expected, since it was at the Patriots home.

Not suprised at all by Tom Brady’s performance with the Patriots which was awsome. Makes me wonder, could this be Mr. Brady’s swan song season, since he is getting older now and sees the new talent, in Timbow and the other newer NFL quarterback players coming up?

Even I heard that last year’s Heisman Trophy winner from Baylor is going pro.

I don't pretend to be able to explain how the shellacking the Broncos took is used by God

Maybe it was just a reminder that the road ahead is always going to have its boulders...

Have to disagree with you on Rivers. He has been clutch his entire career. The kicker (kaeding) the o line, the defense well that is another story. This season he did look sporadic but going through 11 different starters on your o line will do that to you.

Tim Tebow is so much more blessed today than most people can comprehend.

Indeed you were. No self-respecting conservative would ever root for the Steelers.

Yes. I love Rush, but he should be ashamed of himself for rooting for a team owned by a ghoulish, Obama fellater like Rooney.

He's tried to excuse it away, but I find his excuses inadequate.

If Jerry Jones supported, campaigned, and helped finance the Obama campaign, and then accepted a nepotic ambassadorship to a cushy ally nation, I would burn and/or destroy all of my Cowboys memorabilia, and not only never root for them again, but actively root AGAINST them.

What team should you root for? How about any of the other 31 teams. I don't know of any other owner who has done something so politically heinous and insulting to his conservative, non-Obama loving fans. May he and his team roast.

I'm pretty sure that shot was taken before Big Ben got caught in his bathroom shenanigans, and before Rooney came out and supported Obama.

Rush did however predict that the Broncos would win, so I think he may be coming around, especially if Rooney decides to take a break from keeping up the national end in Ireland and actively campaign for Obama.

Yesterday at mass, the priest centered part of his sermon around Tim Tebow, and then asked the older acolyte to come to the edge of the altar and demonstrate to some of the geezers in the congregation how to “Tebow,” as if they didn’t already know.

I’m not the least bit religious, nor am I a Bronco fan. But I’ve watched every game Tebow started on the DirecTV Sunday Ticket because it’s exciting watching him play. I think that’s the best endorsement a football fan can make.

Last week I was a hater and an Obama fan because I was rooting for the Steelers.

Hater?....No!

Loser?...Yes!

The jerks are really coming out of the woodwork now, going after a guy who led his team from 2-5 to the NFL Final 8. Stay classy, haters.

Get over it. People will root for the team they want. Every team has people that support the wrong side, if you’re going to obsess then walk away from the whole thing, go be Jeremiah Johnson, that’s the only way to guarantee you’re not supporting anybody with the “wrong” beliefs. Meanwhile those of us that are sane know that life goes on and politics cannot rule every aspect of our lives. Our teams are our teams and anybody that has a problem with it can shove their problem up their backside, which is the same place the problem came from in the first place, their own stupid tight @#$.

The Steelers are the only team with an owner that did this, so your tired assertion that “every team has people that support the wrong side” is not only dumb, but inaccurate. I have nothing to get over, you do.

Why is it so different for an owner than a player of coach or GM? Answer: it isn’t. Unless you really enjoy hearing yourself whine. Obviously you’re the one with something to get over because you bring this up over and over and over and over. The freaking Steelers aren’t even playing football again until August and yet here you are pissing and moaning about this subject AGAIN. Yeah you need to get over it.
