Liberty Fund also hosts a library which is remarkable in its content of writings, speeches and books relating to the history of civilization's struggle against oppression and tyranny, whether by one, a few, or many.

Thanks for posting this location also.

For too long, the minds of youth have been robbed of access to the essential ideas of liberty which enlightened the Founders of America, enabling them to leave for their posterity a form of self-government under their "We, the People's" written Constitution.

After years of being censored from textbooks, removed from library shelves and relegated to rare book stores or dusty stacks in some remote region of a library, technology has contributed to a restoration of those ideas to what Jefferson called "the American mind," if citizens will use their computers to search for them.

The On-Line Books Page was one of my original bookmarks, almost since its inception (my bookmark file goes back that far). Thanks for posting.

Project Gutenberg is another e-book organization that has been around for years. It has many public domain texts online.

I would recommend FReople check their local library's web sites. Many of them offer free ebook downloads, audio books and free music downloads to various types of e-devices. >:3

Thanks. *Ping* for later reading (reading about reading has taken a back seat to reading what I’m reading currently).
