The Indianapolis Colts' sudden crash has cost coach Jim Caldwell his job. The team fired Caldwell on Tuesday, the second major decision in what is expected to be a long offseason shake-up. Team owner Jim Irsay fired team vice chairman Bill Polian and his son, Chris, the team's general manager, the day after the season ended.

if Manning has any brains, and I think he still does, he will retire and live a life of extreme leisure. He has done everything that he could possible do for professional football....he has suffered a neck injury and the next one could paralize him. He has more money than God and he has a wonderful young family....I say get out now, perhaps stay on in an executive position, P.R. maybe, and live happily ever after.
nope, the handwriting was on the wall...I don't agree with any of the three firings but maybe thats why Irsay has millions of dollars and I don't. Scapegoats make you feel better, but seldom solve the problem.

I went to my first Steeler game in 1952 and they were bad. The Steelers went 40 years before they even won a division title.
