As shown above (see the datapoint in the square box), the UAH AMSU daily temperatures are the coldest for the globe at 600mb of all the years tracked since 2002 (warmest 2010, previously coldest 2008).

Thats easy, human generated C02 causes the average temperature of the earth to rise, however, it also causes the average temperature of the earth to fall. Human generated C02 is the most amazing molecule ever, it does everything, it defies the laws of physics, it has a mind of its own. Natural C02 however, is a moron and just does what its told by the laws of physics.

We’ve had a nice warm winter in southern Michigan so far this winter. Its above freezing now.

If the temp goes up OR down.....it’s still GLOBULL WARMING.
It is obvious from the graph that all of the fossil fuel pollution is just causing the world to warm even faster than before. Everyone knows that after getting hot one occassionally cools down before gettting even hotter.
i’ve also done a computer model based upon the rate of daylight is increasing every day and it projects that by next December the earth will have continuious daylight. And think about what happens to the increase of global warming when there is no longer any night time for the earth to cool down. It also means that with no more night time, all the night owls in the world will disappear.
Don’t argue with me, this is from an infallible computer model.
I read somewhere that the gulf oil spill has messed up the normal flow of water in the Atlantic.
The Sun has been acting crazy lately.
You see, if global temperatures go down, it is proof of AGW.
And if global temperatures go up, it is proof of AGW.

and if the temperature goes up he says:

Next time a Global Nazi warmist tries to convince you of all this simply ask them:
“What is the percentage of CO2 in the earths atmosphere?”
This I love because most of the time they answer; “30%” or “50%”...when the fact is it is ZERO POINT ZERO PERCENT! 0.04% to be exact!

There’s been less solar activity for several years. We’re in solar maximum now—what little there is of it. You’ll probably see some real fluctuations toward cold in about 3-4 years (probably roughly between 2015-2021). Also, last I looked, the north magnetic pole was way off toward Russia. That can also allow for extreme fluctuations with unusual storms, temp fluctuations, etc.
Enjoy the extended minimum, the debt regime slide and all. Think of these events as an adventure.
Not only that, but given that January, 2008 was colder than the the trughs before and after the 1998 El Nino, it’s quite likely that January, 2012 will turn out to be the coldest month since the Mt Pinatubo eruption’s aftermath in 1994.
