The real question that everyone should be asking and demanding that he and every member of Congress answer is: "How exactly is this 'health care?' What disease is this preventing or curing? I pregnancy now to be considered a treatable disease?"

This is nothing more than an Orwellian move towards government controlling who may or may not have children. This is "next-step China's 'one child' policy;" population control by government.
