I’d missed this one for years (while seeing just about all of Reagan’s other films), but when I finally caught it about twenty years ago, I was surprised at how much fun it was. Somehow I was expecting a slightly stuff war opus, but it’s really just a fun, zesty B-film with a solid cast and decent budget.
