only these nations had their ratings dropped:

Italy: downgraded to A3 from A2

Malta: downgraded to A3 from A2

Portugal: downgraded to Ba3 from Ba2

Slovakia: downgraded to A2 from A1

Slovenia: downgraded to A2 from A1

Spain: downgraded to A3 from A1

That’s only 6 nations.
