Before I read the two reviews of this animated feature this morning, I had said to myself over the past few weeks: "Pharmboy, this movie must really be awful since you cannot look anywhere without seeing some sort of promotion for it. A cry for help if I've ever seen one."
Well, it appears even worse than that. I read two reviews (The New York Times and the New York Post) and both HATED this dreck, and each said that the absolute preachiness was worse than Al Gore and Obama, respectively.
You know what to expect: bad corporations raping the environment. The Times guy said Wall-E had the same point of view, but at least there was some cleverness and art in that movie: here, none.
Do not expose your kids or grandkids to this Hollywood leftist eco-propaganda.
But.... you know the indoctrinated generational yutes are just going to love this stuff.
Not to mention the public schools and teachers union will make sure it is a ‘must-see’ at schools for their kids.

When one of my little kids saw me cut down a tree two years ago, he was all upset and thought I was going to cut down all the trees. I explained to him what I was doing and that we would use the wood to heat the house.
Now, he thinks it is cool when I cut down a big one. :-)

They are promoting planting 3 million trees, just what every allergy/asthma suferer needs. Ah-chooooo!

Given the target audience, I’d call it brain washing or indoctrination.
When I first posted it the entire poem was there. Decentfilms.com is Steven Greydanus’ site...he also happens to post his stuff on NC Register. Therefore, he wasn’t ripping anybody off.
