I got a lot of reaction to my recent article for EfficientGov about how small contractors are competing for their first government contracts. Right away everyone figured out the secret sauce: Funds administration. And the universal reaction was “Whoa!.”
Followed by, “How do we do that?”
There’s nothing to it. The Big Secret is called Funds Administration. Hundreds of local, state and federal agencies are doing it around the country. And it is keeping a lot of small business owners in business
