To the headline: Israel will not kill you, it is all muslim countries that will kill you.

Canada is in a pickle here. If they grant this immigration status, they will attract much of the world’s gay muslims.

I would think they could grant this status on the narrow facts here - make it clear that they are not granting (and will not grant) this status to any/all gay muslims, but that they are doing so in this case, because these particular people face a threat to their lives if deported (based on the family history of honor killings, etc.)
