Oh, fabian. I would think overcoming death(suicide) would be quite a feat. Must be a helluva vid. Although suicide inherently remedies depression unfailingly.

This may be fine for some. Some people, cherry thoughts and ‘follow the yellow brick road’ may be fine. However, this shouldn’t be assumed to be a blanket answer. There are real biochemical issues with some people with severe depression like other diseases. Also, sever cases of PTSD need more help than just positive thoughts.

Not to make light of the situation, because I too suffer from depression and extreme anger. And I don’t mean to challenge anyone’s ideas or methods in battling it. But while seeing a psychologist I heard a friend say “You never see a motorcycle parked in front of a psychologist’s office”. I gave some thought to it.
I bought a motorcycle. It’s changed my life more than any treatment that I’ve found.
Well, that is good. Probably helped you enjoy yourself like when you were a child? Many things can help, but we do need to come out of the thought world, where the darkness reigns.

Your video is fine, if it works for you...and in all seriesness, in my experience the best outcomes in coping with theses types of issues can be achieved by getting outside yourself-your immediate problems- and actively helping or doing for others. Be they family, your friends, or community members.
And get a dog. Or a cat, if you must. ;)

Very good video, Fabian. The Holy Bible has a lot to teach us about thoughts and it’s a pity that we tend to overlook those passages.
