Here is the box score. Maybe Obama can now spend his time drilling for our own energy.

Rock Chalk, Jayhawk!!!
Despite the fact that I am a political junkie and worked on the Goldwater campaign in high school, I have no idea of how the electoral college went in 2008. I couldn’t watch. I was at the indoor range trying out a new gun and honing my skills in preparation for food riots.
But I must admit I love the state of N. Carolina. I’ve made three trips there and found it to be a great place.
Speaking as a wife and mother of 4 UVA grads, I love all ACC. I am really sick that they are all down. All those injuries probably made the difference. Who to follow now? I guess it will be Pitino.
What were Obama’s other picks for the Final Four? Are they all eliminated now?
Thanks to the thug play of Creighton. I wonder if the Kansas player was trying to break Harrison Barnes ankle.
Amen!
More like Walk Chalk thugs
Maybe Maryland will make it to NIT in next few years.
Hey, as a neutral observer, I think you had a pretty good year. The big problem was that you had to play Kentucky three times. Getting to the Elite Eight isn't easy.
Just remember that every team in Division I basketball loses its last game except the national champs, the NIT champs, and whatever other tournament champions they've dreamed up. Aside from the NCAA champs, those others didn't even make it to the NCAA tournament. So only one team out of over three hundred really ends their season without a downer.
Frankly, after we lost Will Yuguete for the season, I thought we would be “one and done”. Before he got hurt, I thought we could reach the Final Four....and if we had Yuguete yesterday, I’m pretty confident we win the game.
As for that Kansas-UNC game, it was 47-47 at the half. That means that UNC must have really stunk it up in the second half, scoring a mere 20.
Nobody is going to beat Kentucky.
Our brave courageous young presIDent picked all the #1 seeds to be in the Final Four.
Only Kentucky survived.
The Ohio State/Kansas winner has a chance, especially Ohio State. Like it or not, The Big Ten was the strongest conference in the country this year overall.
HA HA
It was 68-67 Kansas with 3:11 to go and UNC went ice cold and KU went on a 12-0 run.
I probably hate Carolina more than you do since I have been a State fan since the mid-seventies. I was pulling for Carolina tonight since I support all of the ACC teams once they get into the tournament. Carolina always seems to lose when I want them to win. :) At least State had a great chance to either win or send their game against Kansas into overtime on Friday night. I am already looking forward to next year!
Except if the NCAA vacates ther title.
