Tulsa police have arrested two women for first-degree murder after finding a dead 19-m0nth-old baby in a vehicle they occupied during a traffic stop. Court records show Mica Shoate, 22 and Jazmin Williams, 22, each face one complaint of first-degree murder in connection with the death of the child identified as Zemontay Green.
Police say the other occupant of the vehicle in which the baby was found, Jazmin Williams, remains in custody but no information has been released about possible charges against her at this hour.
Police tell KRMG an officer spotted a car driving erratically on South Lewis Avenue Sunday night and pulled it over. The officer saw the child in the back seat and realized he was not breathing.
He attempted CPR, but subsequent information indicates the child may have actually died several hours earlier. Tulsa Police Sergeant Brandon Wycoff tells the News on 6 that the child suffered "multiple broken ribs, deep, severe contusions, bruising throughout the body, had bruising on the face, both sides of the head, what they call brain bleeds, extensive injuries."
Police say the boy's parents live in Arkansas.

Kidnapping and murder?
Nope, simply murder. The two murderers have had the child since one month of age. Parents were well aware of the child's location. Black lesbian couple...grandparents have custody of one of the lesbian's children and DCS has another one of the children. There was to be a hearing about those children this week.
So they were adoptive parents?
No, the child that was murdered was just under their "care" by arrangement with the biological parents in Arkansas.
