If he’s hired, I think being an Eagle Scout will be the key factor.

There’s also a possibility of his tutoring high school algebra.

There are some people that just knowing they exist makes the world more bearable. Sarah Palin is one - just thinking of Sarah, kickin’ a$$ and takin’ names in Alaska, makes me smile.

Sionnsar was another one. Knowing that there was such a person is a ray of light in an often-cruddy world.

The biggest mistake John McCain made was not putting Sarah at the top of the ticket!

Can you even imagine how much better off we would be if Sarah had won the last Presidential Election instead of doofless over there?

DP’s giving wine to Kathleen.

I think the number of voters who would have voted for McCain, but not for Sarah, is statistically insignificant. Why must we (Republicans) run these Creature from the Planet BoredOut candidates?

And McCain was far more interesting than Romney, because at least he was nuts and had been a POW. Romney’s been nothing but governor of a washed-up Yankee socialist stinkhole.

320 million people, and we get the bottom of the barrel twice in a row. I guess the fix is in.

We’d probably have better luck if we drew names randomly off the voter registration lists until we got one who was over 35 and a native-born citizen. (Not being Democrats, we can’t run a foreigner.)

Wish I had had an algebra tutor. I might have gotten more than an “F.”

I’m sure he will be hired on his merits, literally. Folks are more likely to hire men who have been Eagle Scouts. I hear of it every day.

He’s a clean-living kid who will always be on time for work. And girls will come to the pool just to look at him, bringing their friends who have to pay guest fees ;-).

He’ll have to hit the gym to build up his muscles, though, since he can’t be on the swim team if he’s working as a lifeguard.

When I think of Sarah Palin and Alaska, and the fighting spirit, I think of my sister, who hails from the same place...maybe right next door!

No doubt, the fighting spirit is ingrained. In my brief contact with Sionnsar, I recognized the drive that made him who he was. His red hair helped!

Once Bill sees his adoring public, the gym will become a second home. Maybe Tom could take a lesson there... observations, of course...

At Bill’s age, his muscles will develop with the natural movements of his body. Some guys are just gifted...my first husband was one...

Alaska seems to breed survivors. And one must be tough to keep from evacuating Washington for a nicer climate!

My legs are killing me! This was a long day for me from the start, and it has taken almost as long for me to finally unwind. Tomorrow, I will have to go back to Walmart, but at least my bills are paid and I can finally SEEEEE!!!!! YAY!!!! (And thanks!)

And I just keep praying that Heavenly Father will send His Angels to influence the people in the country that He has Blessed with Freedom: The US of A!!!

The first five years of my life were spent on an island across the Gastineau Channel from Juneau, when Alaska was still a territory.

I would love to be able to go back, but I think I will have to settle for documentaries. Still, to survive Alaska is to SURVIVE!
