PETA Pulls A Fast One On The Miami Marlins
WIOD ^ | April 4, 2012 | staff reporter

The PETA people throw the Marlins a sneaky change-up at the new Stadium.

Turns out one of the personalized bricks they bought has an anti-Marlins fishing message.

The brick says "Florida Is Still Hosting Incredible Night Games. Help Us Reach The Stars. Cheer Our Marlins!"

If you take the initial letter of each word you end up selling out "Fishinghurts.com."

Peta says fish are intelligent and suffer pain and even released fish can die.

What a fantastic waste of money by PETA (which makes me giggle, by the way). They really think people are reading bricks and decoding secret messages on them as they walk over them?

This one is clever.

I dont agree with PETA, but I have to give credit when they’re actually being clever.

If God didn’t intend for people to eat fish He wouldn’t have made them out of meat.

If that’s the actual brick, no one will notice it. It’s not like there’s an asterisk that reads “all capital letters spell...”

How many released fish die compared to the amount of animals PETA “euthanizes”?

These idiots did the same thing at the new Padres ballpark. Hopefully the next ball club won’t let these animal-killing hypocrites pollute their park.

Used gum should stick to it very nicely.

Peta says fish are intelligent and suffer pain and even released fish can die.

Granted, in a head-to-head IQ test between PETA supporters and fish, the fish would probably win--but fish aren't intelligent.
