“Awesome final round!!”

Yeah, it was awesome.

I love watching golf on TV, ever since I was a kid. But I really had some bad times when the Tiger Woods worship got off the scale.

Hubby got me into this year’s Masters yesterday when he called me at work to say: Mickelson’s on a roll!

Just great golf, I really enjoyed watching it.

One commentator, early in Tiger’s career, had predicted this. He said that Tiger’s style of play was not the kind that led to a long career. He predicted that Tiger would burn out at around the thirty year mark.

There were a lot more, too.

Can't remember how many were prostitutes, but there was at least one porn star who claimed that Woods was after her while his wife and kids were at the house.

The commentator was right.

Not quite sure if Woods was on steroids or not, but there is only so much that a person can do before it all catches up.

Bubba looks like he belongs in a Duke of Hazard car. IMO there is just something extra special about pro golfers, except for two which shall remain nameless - one who had it all and blew it and one who is a wanna be but will never make it at golfing or anything else for that matter. Good to see Freddie in the minus column. Had to laugh about comments about how well he played considering his “advanced age”. Guess 52 is old in golf years!

Was it Johnny Miller? Here’s his prediction 7-8 years ago...

I don’t remember, but that would be about the time it was said. I also remember he was heavily criticized for saying it.

If Tiger is going to make a comeback, he’s gotta change how he plays the game.

Bubba’s hook, or what ever it’s called when you mean to do it, was the most
spectacular shot I’ve ever seen. All self taught is unbelievable.

Mrs S balling, not me, I head my head turned...no proof.

Don’t understand the mother-in-law breaking up the celebration tho...

I rarely watch golf, but I got interested in the Masters this afternoon and could not stop watching. Awesome final round!!

The Masters is the best tournament to watch. The course is beautiful. There are probably more great shots than at any other tournament. Players can make huge numbers or eagles. There was a double eagle and two holes in one today alone, along with a triple bogey from one of the leaders. Every good shot gets a roar that everyone on the course can hear. There's nothing else like it in sports and that's why a lot of people who don't even play golf will watch the Masters.

That was one amazing shot! Deep in the pines and he had to hook it just right. They kept showing the 6 inch putt that ended it but the shot from the pines was THE SHOT!

I agree! I will go further and say that I don't believe there is another person on earth who could hit that shot from that lie!

Way to go Bubba!

More importantly, he’s the only pro golfer in the world who can hook a wedge fifty yards around a corner on a 155-yard shot!

I don't believe there is another person on earth who can do that period!

it’s an intended hook and 40 yards it hooked too....

but that is Bubba.....lotta comments here sayin only Bubba could make that shot....not true....most can....honest.....it’s just most don’t see that shot like Bubba....

and he is legend hittin his driver “ off the deck “ as his 2nd shot from the fairway

lastly, Phil did the same shot a few years ago to win his last Masters

I have that shot shape, I’m a righty, I use a 7 wood from 160. Kind people call it a fade.
