I was being a bit sarcastic. All crimes of White against Black are tried and convicted in the media. It’s all that “Fake but accurate” stuff.

“a state where a mom can duct tape her drugged child’s mouth so she won’t cry too loud, stuff her in a trunk of a car, go in to an apartment, screw a guy then come out to find her child dead, and get off scott free-”

Yes, she can get off scott free, if the prosecution can’t produce enoguh evidence to prove what you allege. Which ought to be good news for Zimmerman, because it’s pretty clear there’s no evidence in the world to pin murder 2 on him.

Interesting that the judge didn’t recognize George Zimmerman who was standing right before him even though he had presumably seen photos and descriptions by the media.

Granted, it’s been a month of hell for GZ and that might have taken a toll, but all the comments about his “white” “pudgy” or “hefty” body look pretty silly now that we’ve seen him from his appearance in court.

I wonder if any of us would recognize Trayvon if we saw photos of him right before he died.

To those of us who believe justice is blind, Obama’s comment about “If I had a son he would look like Trayvon” was too superficial to mean much, but for those who look only at appearances and not at actual facts, the sight of George Zimmerman should be very, very disturbing. If Sonia Sotomayor had a son, he would look like George Zimmerman...

The father’s lawyer claims he never told police that the voice was not his son, but only that the recording wasn’t clear enough for him to know if it was his son.

Funny though, it was clear enough for the Zimmerman family to know right away that it was George, if I’m understanding this correctly. I’m not sure when they were allowed to hear the audio...

“I wanna have faith in the justice system, but after trials liek anthony, oj, robert blake etc etc etc, I have my doubts”

Why should those cases make you dubious? They all got off. Some of them—OJ—with a heck of a lot more evidence against them than Zimmerman. I’m not that familiar with Blake’s, but they didn’t have much on Anthony. The MSM’s vendetta only made it seem that way, much like the way it seems they’ve taken a blood oath against Zim.

It doesn’t make sense for somebody to scream for dear life for over a minute if they are trying to convince somebody not to shoot them. Either the person would shoot them just to shut them up and then run away as fast as possible, or they would run away without shooting them at all. But nobody would stand around threatening somebody with a gun while the person screamed for over a minute and anybody in the world could come and see what was going on - or look from their windows, as the 911 callers did.

Furthermore, it would make no sense whatsoever for GZ to brazenly threaten TM at gunpoint after GZ had already called the cops to come and knew they would be there any minute.

And it makes no sense for GZ to have the injuries he had in that case either.

The whole story that the TM people are trying to claim makes no sense with the evidence.

The expert created the software he used which he sells for about 5 thousand bucks. And the only one to test it was himself- he wrote a four hundred page unpublished paper on it. And the agency that accredits him was created by him and his daughter-and it’s run out of a building that coincidentally houses five or six other accrediting agencies.

Voice analysis instruments and voice stress analyzers are notoriously inaccurate. Their results are not admissible in a court of law.

I don’t know if the screams are from Trayvon or George.

Let’s stipulate for this discussion that they are from the 17 year old.

What causes this change in the situation at that instant? I think something like this was transpiring in those moments:

1. He (Trayvon) has just realized that the stranger he decked (probably with a sucker punch) and has been hammering on has a gun and is trying to get it out to use on him. He screams in mortal fear of his life.

2. They grapple over the gun and he begins to lose the struggle to gain possession of it. Trayvon again screams in mortal fear of his life.

3. Trayvon loses the struggle to control the gun and realizes he will be shot. Again, he screams in mortal fear of his life.

BANG! The “No Limit N*****” (Trayvon’s Facebook User Name) has just been limited out.

All screams accounted for and it is still self defense.

Trayvon got himself killed when he didn’t go straight back to the apartment (especially if he thought he was being followed). Instead, he decided to confront the stranger. If he had gone home, he would be alive today and George Zimmerman would have a future.

I’m sure George Zimmerman wishes with all his heart that he had been able to direct the gun in that brief moment between the last scream and the shot to hit Trayvon Martin in some non-fatal place. Considering the pain and strong emotions he was probably experiencing at the moment he did shoot, I think George showed considerable restraint in only shooting once. I’d have probably emptied most or all of the clip.

The Defense is going to rip the Prosecution case for Murder 2 to shreds. I just hope George has the mental stamina (and assistance of counsel he trusts) to resist a plea bargain offer on a lesser included offense and insist on either an outright acquittal or the dropping of all charges.

Unfortunately, even if he does go free, George doesn’t have much in the way of future prospects. Regardless of what the real facts are, wherever he goes, he is going to be known as the “guy who killed that innocent little black Skittles kid” until the day he dies. The liberal press and the race mongers (including those in the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department)will make sure of that.

Do you have a bad keyboard? I have never seen such broken English and spelling in a series of posts like yours.

Are you using voice recognition software to compose the text?

“Trayvon got himself killed when he didn’t go straight back to the apartment. Instead, he decided to confront the stranger.” He also could have been caught and Z could have decided to try and search him and use his gun to hold him till the cops arrived. We have too little to go on. http://bcclist.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/trayvon-martin-george-zimmerman-path.jpg

Sign this “expert” up for the defense, immediately.

Prosecution must prove its case “beyond a reasonable doubt”. If there is a 48% chance it was Zimmerman screaming there is huge doubt.

Don't know it for a fact, but in Zimerman's statement to police at the station, he said he yelled for help. And, the responding policeman said in his written statement he overheard Zimmerman (while the medics tended to him) say he yelled for help.
