you’re right, it ‘should be’ dropped, however, it’s never goign to be dropped by the black comunity, and we’re facign a trial that wil laffect all of us because we are seeign a law enforcement system buckle under to vigilanteeism instead of upholding hte actual law- and that will affect all of us as in hte future, if hte black comunity succeeds in railroading justice for hte sake of their racism-
