Two African-American men have just filed a discrimination lawsuit against the producers of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" -- and now, they're going public with details behind their racism accusations ... we're streaming LIVE.
The news conference is scheduled to start at 12:30 PM PDT.
As we previously reported, the men -- Christopher Johnson and Nathaniel Claybrooks -- claim they were passed over for the role of the "bachelor" because of the color of their skin.
The comments are hilarious
Have they ever been arrested? Have they ever done time in prison? Can they pass a drug test? Fathered children out of wedlock?? Been on the down-low??
I know. At least the comments are honest. LOL!
Interesting, in the entertainment world, racism is totally protected. To the point where you can issue a casting call for a pretty white woman. Not even consider a black one, etc.
Because it’s “creative.”
Try running an ad for only pretty white women to work at your dry cleaners and see how far you get!
TMZ just yanked the story from their website. Wonder why?
dang! what did the comments say?
Two white bachelors sue congressional black caucus for discrimination.
Let’s see the rejected dudes.
TTIUWOP.
Judging from TV commercials, 2/3 the population of our country is black.
ABC will give them their own show... call it “The Bootycall” or something
How ridiculous. In just about every single show you turn on, the head guy is black.
So when I try out to play my guitar and sing on BET Live and don’t get accepted, can I sue?
Comments like: who would want to see two black slobbering on each on national TV, orIs it really ABC’s fault that they couldn’t find any single black men in America without several illegitimate children, or the two black men just wanted money out of this lawsuit, etc.
If John Derbyshire is right about the numbers, there are at least a couple hundred thousand decent, well-educated, moral, (probably even conservative) blacks in America.... but what you want to bet most of them would never dream of going on TV? Heck they probably want don’t want to be noticed in the society we have now. Plus I doubt most would even be single.
That was meant to be a bit tongue in cheek with the Derbyshire situation
They have Good Christian B%$#@s on that network, now they can have Good Black B%$#@s too.
Might as well call this show something like “Bootycall”.
These people very seldom get married anyway.
Bootycall is the name of a “singles” website aimed at the African-American community BTW. You will never see them tout the number of marriages they helped create. lol.
