Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker established a program that has given hundreds of thousands of dollars in merit raises and bonuses to some state workers even as he preached cost-cutting and pushed through a law reducing most public workers' pay and eliminating their union rights.

This looks like the George W Bush system of trying to keep everybody happy that has been proven not to work.

This is why we need unions, the lazy and incompetent aren’t getting aren’t getting paid as much as the people who actually work. It’s not fair to the lazy and incompetent. /sarc
