If mere money (the only difference between Obozo and Romney and then only for the privileged trust funders) is soooo important to you, then you do the heavy lifting on your own. Mittens can buy primaries and even the GOP nomination but he cannot buy me or a lot of other people.
Obama has attacked Christianity. Romney has attacked all religion. Neither is repentant. Neither is fit for office. Hitler or Stalin? The correct answer is neither. The correct answer is Resistance. Oh, and just think. If Robamney will attack all religions when he still seeks our votes, just imagine how he will behave if, God forbid, he ever attains office.
And, YES, I have the audacity to sit in judgment on Willard Mitt Robamney. It is my right as an American citizen and was granted to me by God (oh, am I unfashionable or what?) and guaranteed by the Founding Fathers.
Our lives, our fortunes AND our sacred honor. Mittens and his sycophants can go straight to hell. We can certainly have as much honor as Ralph Nader did in 2000. We don't have to sell our souls for mere money. Sorry about you. My priorities and those of folks with enough sense to seek Romney's obliteration are not at all messed up. You want messed up priorities? Look in the mirror or worship the Romney icon some more.
I have spent forty-four years as a GOP hack and got just the two terms of Reagan as all that was worthwhile. I might add only that defeating McGovern in 1972 was a genuine emergency even if Nixon was the beneficiary. I'm not voting RINO any more. If the GOP Elite wants my vote in any more POTUS elections, it can da*n well grovel for it and actually LIVE UP to its platforms. That means dumping Romney, Boehner, Cantor, McCarthy, McConnell and every other GOP-Elitist ideological treason-weasel now and forever. One anti-American, anti-western civilization, anti-moral, anti-marriage, gun grabbing, medicine socializing, anti-religious political party (the McGovern era and beyond Demonrats) is quite enough, thank you very much. We don't need what Ronaldus Maximus rightly called a pale pastel allegedly "Republican" party as the alternative. And the principled among us will not tolerate one, much less for lying trash like Robamney. Take that piss poor excuse for a bought and paid for GOP candidate and depart from the company of decent people.

I guess I was a selfish little brat when I was a state chair for Reagan against Ford. My only mistake in 1976 was “holding my nose and voting for Ford in that November” because the boogie man would get us if Carter was elected. After all, Carter might name SCOTUS justices (he never got to appoint one). Ford appointed John Paul Stevens a social revolutionary moneyed Elitist nether end of the digestive tract if ever there was one. Romney would probably appoint Eric Holder to show how open-minded (vacant-headed Mittwit truly is). Conservatives will rage and be ignored since Mitt has what he really wants: the money of the federal buget, the power to commit the gummint to contractual obligations to enrich his friends, and the power of POTUS. He will wield all three to cement his control and that of his corruptcrat greedhead buddies over the GOP to make the serfs understand that serfs they are and serfs they always will be.

Like Romney, you appear to be a Demonrat in GOP drag since neither you nor Romney is inclined to trash Romney as the despicable excuse for a GOP nominee that he will be. If Romney becomes POTUS, which God forbid, re-name the GOP the party of Demonrat II or the $$$ Party. There is no real difference on any issue that counts. Robamney has raised and spent zillions to buy the GOP and its nomination. In the course of his entire despicable primary campaign, he had only lavishly financed (what do they expect for their money?) advertising relentlessly slandering and libeling his actually conservative opponents and NEVER, not once, stating a single positive good his nomination or potential presidency would pose for the USA. Just non-stop lies 24/7 about his conservative opponents.
Have the sense and the principle and the spine to respond to Romney by saying not just NO but HELL, NO!
Will you honor your tagline by also voting AGAINST Romney, and therefore against homosexuality and abortion. Or are homosexuality and abortion just peachy keen if imposed by Romney as “Republican” homosexuality and abortion?
No matter what, we won't get out of the consequences.
Best we can do is minimize the impact and the assumption is that Mitt is going to better for that job than the guy who is purposefully doing the damage. That part's a no-brainer.
I'm far more concerned about the judgment we've earned, since that's the true source of our problems.
The more one studies our nation's founding, it quickly becomes evident America was created with a covenant with God and we've enjoyed the blessings and protection as long as we stay true with our covenant.
Our leaders speak for us all, like it or not, and we've put some extremely flawed people in positions of great power and responsibility.
We thus share in what they do in our name, good or bad, righteous or evil. Think about that for a while.
By that much more important measure, I'm not yet very comfortable with Mitt.
Fortunately, the election is not until November...assuming fearless leader allows elections.
That is perhaps the most elegant resolution of the entire conundrum that I've seen. Perfect.

Frankly, she alone made that vote palatable.
I don't see Mitt having a running mate that good, frankly, and even if he did, all the sugar in the world won't hide the turd in the punchbowl.
That leaves me with candidates in the GOP and Dem Party who both not only support the murderous slaughter of the unborn, but want me to pay for it in direct conflict with my religious beliefs. These aren't arcane beliefs, they are shared by millions. Few would support murdering babies outside the womb, and those who have been convinced the shredding of little bodies inside the womb, or the chemical poisoning of infants in utero is somehow less murder because you can't hear them scream are deluded or deceived.
This alone is cause for me to withhold my support for either.
Add in the attempts to legitimize perversion by claiming two people of the same sex can be "married" (also flying in the face of my Christian belief).
Add in the hostility toward my Right to keep and bear arms from both parties, and I have to look elsewhere for a candidate if I am to vote for anyone for POTUS.
After decades of voting for lesser evils, we have reached the point where the difference between the evils presented is almost negligable.
Granted, Romney won't be pusing for Odinga style racist rioting, but with the current mentality out there, that may well come anyway, with a similar resolution.
It is time to choose to stand in the face of evil and deny it, whatever flag it may fly. I will vote my concience, or just vote downticket.
