Time to send in the FBI thugs. We need to get out of Afghanistan as we have our own Marxist/Secular Taliban in DC.

For anyone who listened to the audio presentation to the end, I believe the reporter misspoke when he said that the law would not apply if Zimmerman provoked an attack. I recommend this article in full analyzing the Florida stand your ground and self-defense laws but here is a relevant part:
Finally, Florida law guaranteeing self-defense rights express excludes anyone who Initially provokes the use of force against himself or herself. Fla. Stats. 776.041. As is typical in other states, the provoker can only regain self-defense rights if:
(2)(a) Such force is so great that the person reasonably believes that he or she is in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm and that he or she has exhausted every reasonable means to escape such danger other than the use of force which is likely to cause death or great bodily harm to the assailant; or (b) In good faith, the person withdraws from physical contact with the assailant and indicates clearly to the assailant that he or she desires to withdraw and terminate the use of force, but the assailant continues or resumes the use of force.
The only way that this statute would be relevant would be if Zimmerman initially attacked Martin, and then withdrew. Zimmerman has made no such claim, nor does the M narrative.

There is absolutely no evidence anywhere in the public record that Zimmerman "provoked" an attack. Even if he did, his injuries confirm his account that he was on his back being savagely beaten and therefore in reasonable apprehension of grave bodily harm with no possibility of retreat and thus affording him the right to use deadly force in self-defense.

Now they will have to investigate the Doctor and show that he is a racist so they can then claim he falsified the exam report.

How does a prosecutor prove a case of second degree murder when it’s shown the defendant was beaten to a pulp before he resorted to defending himself?
Now it’s easy to comprehend why the police didn’t charge Zimmerman right after the incident.

Overheard this on the radio this morning on a black radio station. The black radio host insisted that Zimmerman's cuts, bruises and black eyes may have existed BEFORE Zimmerman had ANY contact with Martin.
It's pretty disgusting to see such a response to the facts of this case.

Remember, this all started Because Zimmerman was trying to keep tabs on unknowned persons during a crime wave in his neighborhood.
It could literally have been anyone in those shoes. Zimmerman was attacked because he offended Martin and not. Ecause Martin feared for his life.
That’s the new standard. We saw it with the Jena 6. Racial offense, even if it’s sleight or assumed, is now justification for felony assault.

"A medical report compiled by the family physician of accused Trayvon Martin murderer George Zimmerman and obtained exclusively by ABC News found that Zimmerman was diagnosed with a "closed fracture" of his nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury the day after he fatally shot Martin during an alleged altercation." The MSM is emphasizing the words the day after...
I see where this is going...

Well I don't know much, but it seems to me martin's actions against Zimmerman are exactly why we're allowed to carry weapons in the first place. Especially while watching out for potential criminal activity.
It's called self defense.

Heard a CBS radio report on this early this morning. The spin and stretch by the MSM has become laughable. Not surprisingly, the report concluded with "Questions, however, remain as to precisely who might be responsible for Zimmerman's injuries."

They have changed the wording. Zimmerman went from “accused murderer” (which is technically correct”) to “shooter”. “Shooter” is also factually correct, but why is ABC playing around with the wording? My guess is that the word “accused” sounded too much like Zimmerman could possibly be not guilty of murder.

So, the wily racist white Mexican with a Jewish surname bruised poor Trayvon’s knuckles with his face. Very interesting.
