She's nuts. Unemployment was tough under Carter. Better under Reagan. A little tougher under Bush I. Clinton was the exception, unemployment was good under him. Unemployment was good under Bush W.

And unemployment is horrendous under Obama.

In fact, Michigan’s unemployment averaged 37% higher than the national rate throughout Granhom’s years in office. All of this happened while Granholm was imposing many of the liberal policies that she is now claiming are huge job creators."
