Hawaii's 'VERIFICATION OF BIRTH' Document Raises Suspicion!
Talking Points Memo ^ | May 25, 2012 | Talking Points Memo

Posted on 05/25/2012 12:09:02 PM PDT by GeorgeWashingtonsGhost

Here's the official 'Verification of Birth' document submitted by Hawaii's Department of Health to the State of Arizona in response to SoS Ken Bennett's request for verification of Obama's birth, allegedly in Hawaii.

Note that Obama's alleged DAY OF BIRTH IS OMITTED from the listed items. Shouldn't the DAY of Obama's birth be present in this document?

Now, if Obama can be proven to not have been born in Hawaii, it would seem Alvin T. Onaka Ph.D. would have some 'splaining to do.. Unlike the 'official' birth certificate released by the White House, at least there's no 'smiley face' drawn into the "A" in Alvin's name.

Tbis is exactly what we've been getting all along, an unsubstantiated claim.

The digitally created crap released by Obama still needs to be explained. WHY was the forgery committed?

Why give time of birth but not day of birth? This is crazy. There is only on reason for years they have just not given the complete, accurate info out. After all this time to keep holding stuff back.

The question is, would Obama be able to obtain a driver's license with this document? The answer is......NO. Therefore, it's not proof. OTOH, he's not eligible no matter what ‘cause his Daddy was a British National....not a U.S. citizen.

My favorite part about talking to a liberal is when they can no longer support their argument and pull a random, disconnected factoid from their posterior. While it seems futile, I choose to believe from the ruby-red color of their ear tips that they've just learned something, even though they won't concede.

It seems like another document verying the existence of another document.

I want to see Arizona use full faith and credit to get physical access to the public records of Hawaii. A person from Arizona needs to see it all firsthand.

The bastard was hatched on a stump like a lizard. So why the hell does anyone think he has a birth certificate?

That’s because the date of birth wasn’t requested on the SPECIAL request for verification, which is the only part of Bennett’s request that was retained as originally filed. The items that actually matter to Presidential eligibility were all on the VERIFICATION REQUEST FORM that Bennett submitted. The HDOH never responded to that official form and yet Bennett said he had gotten what he asked for so apparently Bennett withdrew that request form.

Why he did that is discussed at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2887501/posts

Assuming this is the actual reply from Hawaii DOH Registrar Onaka it seems to have a few problems.

1/ No Birth date verified

2/ Its an e-mailed computer file, legally ambiguous at the very best. If true legal contact had been established the SOS should have FedEx'ed a notarized letter and and Hawaii should have replied with a physical verification letter by return courier.

3/ “Date Accepted” terminology, as opposed to “Date Filed”

4/ The verification is of the “information” contained in the SOS’s Obama file attachment. Hawaii does not verify that 151 61 10641 actually is a certificate of Live birth. Only that it is a vital record or birth certificate.

If the Registrar had a legit Certificate of Live Birth he would have verified it with an exact phrase that states EXACTLY what is being verified.

This is all just a game to come up with language that “sounds great” to a lay person but in precise legal terms does not hold water. It contains wiggle room for Onaka to escape.

According to the emails publicly released by freedom of information request, the AZ SOS's original request for verification of the birth certificate was pretty specific. The request asked Hawaii to verify something like the following: Do you have on file the birth certificate for a Barack Hussein Obama II, who was born at Kapiolani Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu, on August 4, 1961 at 7:24 pm, to father Barrack H Obama, born East Africa, Kenya, and mother Stanley Dunham, born Wichita Kansas? AZ SOS, Bennett's original request also asked whether the birth certificate posted by the White House was a true copy of the record on file in Hawaii.

Hawaii refused to accept the above request, or verify that the birth certificate posted by the White House's website was a true representation of Obama's birth certificate. In fact, Hawaii apparently required the AZ SOS to withdraw his ORIGINAL request, and then "reword" it to make the request more ambiguous before Hawaii would finally verify it.

By the way, it doesn't seem that the AZ SOS was interested Obama's parent's citizenship as much as his birth place.

Obama said he was born in Kenya. That’s good enough for me.

Paraphrased quote:

“I actually WAS born in Kenya...before I was born in Hawaii.”

Age of Father....

27 was the real age or at least that age that matches his INS records and he filled out in late August of 1961.

That’s pretty bizarre. Why would the verification say the time of birth, but not the date of birth?

This document, consistent with the name of the source, is a “Talking point.” The con has always been to keep those dependent upon the media, the Enquirer (not to impugn The Enquirer, which has broken stories the media elite wouldn't touch). Here is the only fact you need to know. If Obama wasn't born in Hawaii, he has had more than enough time to have the world's best create forgeries. Money is no object, as Percy Sutton, Malcolm X's attorney, NY Assemblyman, Army Air Force Pilot, told everyone. He said Obmama’s patron is “One of the world's wealthiest men.” That was when Khalid al-Mansour, Whalid bin-Talal’s attorney, and formerly Black Panther founder Don Warden, asked for help getting Barack into Harvard. Harvard later received a direct grant of 20 million dollars, as well as the Whalid Bin-Talal Islamic Studies Center, the largest branch of Harvard Divinity School. Here is just one of hundreds of citations, but perhaps the most relevant, since it turned the common law into precedent, Chief Justice Morrison Waite's foundation for making Virginia Minor a citizen by first asserting the common-law definition. There was no Constitution definition for who were our citizens before 1867, thus the only path of certainty - "never doubted" was to show that Virginia was natural born, and thus a ciizen. Minor v. Happersett, (1875):

“The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”

Obama has never claimed to be a natural born citizen. He has clearly stated that he is a 14th Amendment citizen, a naturalized citizen and not a natural born citizen. That was our law. Goebbel’s “Big Lie” tactic is being applied by both parties and the legislators and judges whose incomes could be at risk if their complicity is understood by enough of the public. Repeat something often enough, and ridicule those who won't accept the lie, and eventually the truth will be forgotten. This truth is repeated in dozens of supreme court decisions, and in the Constitution, which by design doesn't contain definitions, referring to the common-law familiar to its framers, and in the works of dozens of legal scholars from The Enlightenment, and from the time of our founders and framers. But our educators are wards of the state, and don't dare question past history. Michelle told us Barack would re-write history, and this is what is happening.
