Its a start.
lol...like everything else in CrossFit--it's not the individual exercises/reps that get you, it's the whole workout that does it.
We did "Angie" not too long ago at my box (100 Pull-ups; 100 Push-ups; 100 Sit-ups; 100 Squats), and aside from the pull-ups (which I suck at), each of those exercises individually isn't that bad. Taken together, though...holy crap, was I smoked by the end of it.
I took a few days off last week so I missed doing "Murph" but that didn't exactly break my heart.
