Most drunks miraculously manage to get home OK.
I had an uncle who was constantly driving drunk...he always got home. He was a nut and should have been thrown in jail.
I would have run the plates and had someone waiting at her home for her to drive up and park (thus avoiding a chase)....but I’m not a cop so what do I know.
Yeah, but I had an uncle killed by a drunk driver. How do
you know your uncle didn’t cause many accidents on the
way home, or hurt or kill someone and then “miraculously”
got home safely?
If you knew that the law wasn’t going to vicariously pursue a drunk driver, would you have that last drink?
It’s better to be thought a fool, than open your mouth and remove all doubts.. jus sayin’

Bingo! Everyone knows drunk drivers never kill anyone unless they are being chased by cops. Sheesh.
I swear that some of the Law & Order FReepers who watched Clinton and Sandy Berger and Charlie Rangel and Jon Corzine walk would love to have a one-to-one law enforcement ratio.
